We’ve upgraded our network!
Yesterday, at 3:00pm PST, our development team switched our network from a single internet service provider to multiple internet service providers. This upgrade will give us more flexibility and control over how we route traffic to and from our servers. Customers (especially those on the East Coast and overseas) should see an overall improvement in application speed.

Known issues with Firefox 9+
The short version: Recently, some of our customers have reported page-loading errors when using Wiredrive on the Firefox 9+ browser. We are aware of the issue and are working on a code fix. Until then, we recommend using an alternative browser like Safari or Chrome, which are not experiencing any performance issues with Wiredrive. We

Wiredrive email fixes
We discovered a bug that was causing some of our users to receive duplicate email notifications. This issue has been resolved. Additionally, at the request of our customers, we have adjusted the “From” field in forwarded emails to display both the sender’s name and the company name.
