Wiredrive Client Configuration

Welcome to the Wiredrive family. Please fill out the system setup form below so we can get you up and running as quickly as possible. When you have completed the form, click the Submit button so we can finish processing your Wiredrive account request. Names and URLs

Email Addresses

The following addresses will be displayed in emails and notifications you send through Wiredrive. For example: new user emails, bounced back emails, etc. Generic "From" Email Address (i.e. info@mycompany.com) Bounce Email Address (i.e. admin@mycompany.com)

Contact Info (Email Footer and Login Page)

Wiredrive displays the following contact information in two places: the login page and in your email footers. Most Wiredrive clients use the "Contact Info" spaces to display their support person's name, email address, and phone number. But you can customize footers and the login page with your preferred information. Example of Default Contact Info:

Wiredrive requires one of the following file formats:

* Adobe Illustrator File (.ai) * Adobe Illustrator Eps (.eps) * Adobe Photoshop (.psd) * Note: All files must be 300 dpi in resolution and cannot be flattened to a background layer.

Note on logo quality and Raster vs. Vector formats:

Vector = Good

Vector graphics are preferred because they are resolution-independent. Vector-based images can be scaled up and down without losing quality because they are described mathematically. If your logo has photographic elements, please supply a hi-res layered photoshop file.

Raster = Not So Good

Programs such as Adobe Photoshop use raster (or bit-mapped) images, which are defined by a grid of individual pixels. When you scale raster images, their edges become jagged. This means that quality can be lost. Wiredrive is not responsible for the appearance of artwork if low-quality file formats have been provided.

Note on logo dimensions:

Square / Vertical Logos

Rectangular / Horizontal Logos

Square and vertical logos must be reduced to fit some template areas in Wiredrive. The most predominant spaces are page headers and Library video reels. Complex logos are more difficult to reduce while still maintaining desired readability. Please consider these factors prior to sending your logo.

Please make sure that you have filled in all required fields before submitting this form. As soon as we receive your system setup information, your Wiredrive account manager will finish the process of building your system. Typical setup turn-around time is 2-3 days.
