How to add assets to the Library homepage
You can place files on the Library homepage with the built-in Featured Work option. Featured Work is a special tag that gives users a quick way access selected files.
How does it help me?
You can give clients basic access to your Library and draw their attention to your best or most recent work (learn about Wiredrive access levels). When your sales reps login, they will automatically see the work you want them to promote. People browsing your Library can also filter featured work by credits by toggling the search results panel display options. Consider scheduling periodic audits to make sure that only the most recent content is featured.
Enabling featured work on existing files
- Select Library > Administration
- Find the file you want to tag as featured
- Select the box labeled Featured
- Deselect the box to disable featured
Enabling featured work in the pending queue
- Select Library > Pending Queue
- Find and click on the file to access its detail page
- Click Edit and select the box labeled Featured
- Deselect the box to disable featured
