Best practices for new Wiredrive administrators

Every company has at least one person who is the Wiredrive go-to person. He or she is may be the encoding exports, the Library vault person or the support contact for the company. Sometimes these people leave and a new go-to person fills their shoes. Use this checklist to make sure that all your bases are covered when new administrators take over the Wiredrive reins.

Update your support footer

The information at the bottom of presentation emails is your support footer. If it needs to be updated, contact your account manager to submit the request.

All the system security in the world won’t stop former employees or freelancers with login credentials from going into your system and wreaking havoc.
